Parenting can be challenging! It's impossible to pour from an empty cup when parents are worn down. Join Dr. Rachel Singer to learn about strategies for identifying signs of burnout, practicing tools for self-care, and creating a plan to enhance family well-being. Parents will have an opportunity to practice mindfulness strategies, identify resources and challenges, and ask questions about real-life situations.
