“First Monday” Martha’s Table collections empower Wood Acres kids to help their community. Please mark your calendar for future dates & donate! 

What - Wood Acres helps fight hunger through Martha’s Table and the hundreds of children and families in our area it serves daily. 

Martha’s Table has requested donations for McKenna’s Wagon, a mobile food truck that serves fresh food every night. Please consider donating: pantry items, fresh fruit, trail mix, or homemade muffins. PB&J sandwiches are no longer being accepted, until further notice. Fresh items will be delivered that night or the following night. 

When & Where - Drop off bins will be placed by the Kiss-n-Go loop entrances during the school day, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Collections are "First Mondays" of the month, except for a few exceptions due to holidays. Mark your calendars with the 2022-23 dates:

How - Please have your items in a grocery bag and place the bag in the bins. Some recipe ideas: ● Trail Mix made from whole wheat cereal, nuts, and dried fruit without added sugar 

Foods Not Accepted: anything that requires refrigeration like deli meat, junk food (chips, soda, candy), sports drinks, miscellaneous condiments, and packaged desserts.
